HIGH
DESERT
Alano Club
RIDGECREST, CALIFORNIA
opened with restrictions
The High Desert Alano Club has partially reopened with restrictions.

On March 21, 2020, an emergency meeting of the Alano Club was held that temporarily closed the facility.
On March 26, 2020, a second emergency meeting of the Alano Club was held to reopen the facility with strict restrictions to address for those who choose to continue to use the facility. This is in response to recommendations and guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the White House and mandates set forth by the State of California.
The High Desert Alano Club is an outside organization, separate and distinct from any 12 Step Group or treatment facility. Although membership is not required to attend meetings, the meeting facility is primarily supported by membership. Each meeting held at the Alano Club is conducted by an autonomous group, and each group pays rent to the Alano Club to help with expenses. Membership in the High Desert Alano Club is independent of membership in any of the various meetings that use the facilities for their meetings.
The High Desert Alano Club has no official affiliation with Alcoholics Anonymous; their primary purpose is to only provide a place for AA and AlAnon meetings to meet if they so choose.
